EAC Integrated Services operates the Liverpool kosher grocery delivery shop. This policy explains what information we use when you browse, create an account, place an order, or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to provide the service: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and backup addresses, postcode, delivery and safe-place notes, account sign-in information, marketing choice, order history, payment and refund status, and messages you send us. We also use essential session cookies and basic technical information needed for security and reliable operation.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, check delivery coverage, prepare and deliver orders, contact you about products or substitutions, take payment, issue refunds, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal obligations, and send optional service updates where you have chosen to receive them.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes secure card payments. We do not store your full card number. We may use hosting, email, payment, professional-advice, and delivery providers only where needed to run the service. They must protect personal information and may only use it for the agreed service or as required by law.

How long we keep information

Account and delivery details are kept while your account is active. When deletion is requested, we disable access and delete or anonymise information that is no longer needed. We may retain limited order, payment, refund, fraud-prevention, tax, and accounting records where the law or a legal claim requires this. Those retained records are restricted and are not used for marketing.

Your choices and rights

You can update your details from your account and withdraw marketing consent at any time. You can ask for access, correction, restriction, objection, portability, or deletion where applicable. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Account deletion

Use our account deletion page from any device. Signed-in customers can also reach it from their account. We may contact you to verify a request before completing deletion.
